What is the IN-Home DEMO program?
Pick out a super-pocket from our available selection to demo out at your home with our easy–Hero In-Home Demo program. You’ve got five days to string it up and take it for a spin and decide if it works for you, then return the super-pocket if you don’t like it and or keep the product and notify us via email and we will charge your card for the sale price (plus shipping). If you keep the part we will be donating $1 to the charity you indicated on your order. If you send the part back, we hope you like it so much that you don’t, but if you do, please send an email with shipping method, date shipped and tracking number. You must mail the part back in the same box we sent to you, Including the tipped laces (un-cut), the part must not be visibly damage or defaced in any way.

Why are you doing this?
We do not have retail store and know that as new areas come online neither will they. Part of the unknown with a product as new as ours is the in-ability to touch and feel it, our videos can only do so much. Plus we see it as an opportunity to help grow the sport through donations to organizations that will help grow the game.

Do I pay for shipping?
You will be billed for the shipping fee when you purchase the product or if you return the product.
We float the shipping to you to start so you can sample our product.

Which styles are available for Home Try-On?
The majority of our parts will be available as they are produced.

How did you select the charities?
We have no affiliation with any of these charities to date but looked into what their missions were all about and how they are set up. We want to support like minded organizations that are interested in giving back. Hopefully as we gain some success we can set one of them up too!

What is the deal with the $1 donation?
We will donate from our bottom line, $1 to the charity you designate on your order. If none are chosen we will select one at random.

Any exceptions?
The only exception: if you do not return your In-Home Demo to us, or if returned parts that are damaged, we will need to charge the card on file the full price for the outstanding or damaged pocket. The charge is $45.00 per pocket. This is our full retail price for the pocket. In order to avoid this charge, your In-Home Demowill need to be postmarked (on its way back to Hero Lacrosse) by the fifth full day after delivery. (We’ll send you an email reminder so you don’t forget.) If your Home Try-On period ends on a weekend or holiday, just drop it in the mail on the next available day. If you need an extra day or two, just call us and we’ll try to work something out.

Are the parts all new?
We send our demo products out only after they are inspected by us. If they are not suitable for resale new will donate the parts to a charity of our choice. Otherwise because of the durability of our product we can send demo parts out more than once until they are not suitable.
